Our Shaft Stepseal series, constructed from Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE and an energizing O-ring, delivers exceptional sealing performance for hydraulic cylinders and rotary shafts. The PTFE+carbon fiber compound ensures excellent wear resistance, low friction, and dimensional stability across a wide temperature range (-200°C to +250°C), while the elastomer O-ring provides constant sealing force. Ideal for pressures up to 40 MPa and speeds under 10 m/s, these seals are compatible with all hydraulic fluids, chemicals, and gases, making them suitable for heavy-duty machinery, construction equipment, and industrial hydraulic systems.
